Hydromechanika-2 is a private enterprise, established in 2003( second branch), which specializes in machining with CNC control and traditional milling, turning and grinding. The company produces special tools, various types of instrumentation, and does all necessary repairs, etc. It’s turnover has been 600 000 EURO. Over 93 % of our products are sold in the European Community Market. The company employs 18 people. The production area is about 750 m2 including offices. Development and high quality comply with European Standards. At present we have CERTIFICATE of INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ISO 9001:2001, ISO 14001 and PN-N 18001, which is the same as ISO 18001 and the Certificate of IQNet PN-ISO 9002:1996 (number PL-JBS 11/1/2000). Each technological process is synchronized with the following departments: technological, production preparation, production and quality control. The company gives its products and services the highest international quality, achieved by the use of the latest technologies and machine-park, which is still modernized and up-to-dated. The machine-park includes: CNC machine tools, machining centres, lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, spark machines and jig drilling boring and milling machine -coordinate.
The company is equipped with high standard measuring devices, and it’s technological processes and quality tests are computerized.
